大鼠蛛网膜下腔置管方法的改进 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨大鼠蛛网膜下腔置管改进的方法。方法将30只雄性SD大鼠麻醉后行L3~4间隙切开,钝性分离棘突周围肌肉,暴露L3~4棘突间隙。20 G静脉留置针探查并刺破硬脊膜,以鼠尾出现侧摆或后腿抽动为成功标志,经硬脊膜破口向头侧将20 G静脉留置针的外套管全部置入。逐层缝合,固定导管。术后每天观察大鼠有无脊神经损伤表现。术后第2天鞘管内注射2%利多卡因25μl,观察阻滞效果。术后第4天,多聚甲醛灌注固定后打开椎管及椎间孔,观察导管位置。结果术后30只大鼠均未出现明显的脊神经损伤症状,未出现神经并发症及感染。术后第2天,鞘管内注射2%利多卡因,30只大鼠均出现双下肢瘫痪症状。术后第4天,解剖大鼠椎管证实导管位置正确。结论大鼠蛛网膜下腔置管的方法改进后,对大鼠损伤小,成功率高。
