Discussion on the Ethical Basis for Good Doctor-patient Communication

通过对医患沟通中的伦理原则加以分析、讨论,从准确理解和定位医患关系、纠正医患双方信息上的不对称、强调医患双方道德和行为上的约束、维护医患双方主体地位上的平等、注重医患双方人格与价值取向上的独立等方面引导医务人员正确理解和掌握这些原则,从而实现良好的医患沟通,建立和谐、稳定的医患关系。

In this article, the author analyzed and discussed the ethical principles in doctor- patient commu- nication, then correctly guide medical staff to understand and master these principles, so as to achieve a good doc- tor- patient communication and the build a harmonious and stable doctor- patient relationship through the follow- ing： accurately understanding and positioning the doctor- patient relationship; correcting the information asymme- try between doctors and patients; emphasizing the moral and behavior constraints both in doctors and patients; maintaining the status equality in doctors and patients ; paying attention to the independent of personality and value orientation in doctors and patients.
