溶剂法由羧酸直接合成腈

Synthesis of Aryl Nitriles from the Corresponding Carboxylic Acids in Solvent

报道了芳羧酸在氨基磺酸存在下 ,在溶剂中同尿素反应生成芳腈的新的合成方法 ,并同熔融法的实验结果进行了对比。结果表明 ,溶剂法的产率高 ,反应条件温和 ,易于工业化。

Aryl nitriles were obtained by the reactoin of the corresponding carboxylic acids with urea in the presence of sulfamic acid in solvent. Thus a new method was offered of prepare aryl nitriles in higher yields and under milder reaction conditions, in comparison with that without any solvent.
