医患会话语用分析与构建和谐医患的伦理合作原则

A Pragmatic Study of Doctor-Patient Conversation and Ethical Cooperation Principle for Constructing a Harmonious Doctor-Patient Relationship

建立新型的医患平等合作关系是现代医学服务的宗旨,而不对称的医患角色关系表现为不对称的医学信息、不对称的人际关系、机构权力唯医生所独有。医患会话所产生的角色差异是导致言语角色关系不对称的原因之一。需构建和谐医患会话的伦理合作态度、礼貌准则,尊重患者知情权和自主权,减少医学术语、加强医患沟通。

The aim of modern medicine service is to establish a new doctor - patient equal cooperation relation- ship, nevertheless, the asymmetric doctor - patient relationships are including the asymmetry of the medical infor- mation, asymmetric relationship and medical institutions are unique to doctors. The role difference caused by doctor - patient conversation is one of the reasons for the asymmetry of role relationship. This paper proposed the ethical cooperation principle for constructing a harmonious doctor- patient relationship, including： attitude and politeness criterion, respecting patients＇rights to know and autonomy, reducing the medical terms, strengthening the doctor- patient communication.
