临床教学医院七年制开展人文执业技能培训的探索分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的通过调查哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院2008级临床七年制学生人文技能掌握情况,探讨提高医学生临床实习沟通技能的方法和改革方向。方法通过调查问卷的形式,了解实习医学生在进入临床实习前对医患关系的认识程度、对人文技能的掌握情况等。结果在42份问卷中,有27人认为在接诊患者过程中,精湛的医术占主要地位;有14人认为良好的医患沟通技能和高尚的人文素质最重要;有30人认为目前的人文技能水平不高,有待提高;有34人希望通过小组讨论、角色扮演等形式提高技能水平。结论通过人文技能培训,医学生的沟通技能和人文技能均有所提高。 Objective:To investigate the current situation of humanistic skills in 7 - year medical students in Second Hospital Affiliated to Harbin Medical University, and to discusses the improvement of medical students'clin- ical practice communication skills methods and the reform direction. Methods:Questionnaire survey was used in in- ternship medical student before the clinical practice in order to know their understandings about the doctor - patient relationship, their grasp of humanistic skills and so on. Results:27 agreed medical practice, 14 agreed good doctor - patient communication skills and the medical skills are predominant in noble humanity quality was the most important. 30 thought that the current human skills were not specific and needed to be improved. 34 hoped to im- prove skills by team teaching, role of exercises and so forth. Conclusions:Medical students'communication skills and humanistic skills can be improved after the training.
