血液透析护士亚健康相关因素的分析与对策

Sub-health Related Factors Analysis and Countermeasures in Hemodialysis Nurses

目的研究影响血液透析护士健康状况的相关因素,以采取相应健康干预措施。方法通过自行设计调查表,对82名护士进行问卷调查,对结果进行统计学处理。结果调查表明,大部分护士均处于亚健康状态,而导致护士亚健康的主要因素为工作压力大(97.5%)。结论卫生行政主管部门要重视护士亚健康问题,制定有利于提升护士健康水平的政策、制度;医院要重视护士身心健康的提升,护士长要发挥组织协调作用;护士要提升自身心理压力调适能力,提升自身综合素质,提供优质护理服务;此外,需要呼吁全社会对护理工作的理解。

Objective：To investigate the subhealth status and related factors in hemodialysis nurse, to provide corresponding health intervention measures. Methods： Self - designed questionnaire survey was used in 82 nurses and all the data was processed. Results：Most nurses were at subhealth status and the most important factor was pressure from work （97.5%）. Gonclusions：The public health administrative departments should attach impor- tance to the nurse and the subhealth problems, establish policies and systems to improve nurses health level. The hospital should attach importance to nurses＇physical and psychological health, the head nurse should play organiza- tion coordinated action. The nurse needs to improve their psychological pressure adjustment ability, improve their comprehensive quality, to provide high quality nursing service. In addition, the whole society should show their un- derstanding on nursing work.
