麦粒灸法结合扶正抗肿瘤药物治疗老年恶性肿瘤临床观察

Wheat Moxibustion Combined with Fuzheng Clinical Observation of Elderly Patients with Malignant Tumor Therapy Antineoplastic Agents

目的:观察麦粒灸法结合扶正抗肿瘤药物治疗老年恶性肿瘤的临床疗效。方法:对32例老年恶性肿瘤患者进行麦粒灸法治疗,同时辅以扶正抗肿瘤药物,分析治疗前后KPS评分、血液指标及不良反应等情况。结果:治疗后KPS评分、血液指标等情况较前有明显改善,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在治疗过程中,未发现不良反应。结论:麦粒灸法结合扶正抗肿瘤药物(艾迪注射液、天地欣、参麦注射液)治疗老年恶性肿瘤患者,可以改善患者症状、提高生存质量、延长生存期。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of grain moixbustion with FuZheng anticancer drugs in treating elderly patients with malignant tumor. Methods ：32 example elderly patients with malignant tumor use grain moixbustion with Fuzheng anticancer drugs, analysis the KPS score, blood index and adverse reaction in treatmen of before and after. Results：After treatment, the KPS score, blood index have obviously improve, comparison differences with treatmen of before and after was statistically significant, during the course of treatment, did not find the adverse reaction. Conclusion：Grain moixbustion with Fuzheng anticancer drugs（ Addie injection,Tiandixin, Shenmai injection） treatment of elderly patients with malignant tumor, can improve symptoms, improve the quality of life, prolongation of survival period, which may be an effective and tolerable scheme.
