内固定术治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折临床观察

Clinical Study of Internal Fixation for the Treatment of Fractures of Tibial Plateau

目的:观察复杂胫骨平台骨折内固定治疗的临床效果。方法:对26例复杂胫骨平台骨折采用手术内固定治疗。结果:26例患者优15例,良8例,可2例,差1例,优良率为88.5%。结论:内固定术治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折是临床有效的方法,术中植骨可减少术后胫骨平台再次塌陷,早期屈膝及负重功能锻炼,可促进骨折愈合及功能恢复。

Objective ：To observe the clinical curative effect complex tibial plateau fractures treated by internal fixation. Methods：In 26 cases of complex tibial plateau fractures treated by internal fixation. Results ： Excellent 15 cases, good 8 cases, pass 2 cases, poor recovery 1 case,the excellent and good rate was 88.5%. Conclusion：Operation reatment of complex fracture of tibial plateau is clinically effetive method, bone graft during may reduce postopertive tibial collapse again, early knee flexion and the function of weight bearing exercise, can promote fracture healing and function recovery.
