Treatment of Children with Longterm Fever Syndrome

目的:探讨小儿长期高热的证型与治法。方法:从太阳少阳合病、邪恋少阳、少阳阳明合病、湿热阻滞、邪伏膜原等方面结合典型病例探讨小儿长期高热的辨证论治。结果:伤寒及温病理论对治疗小儿长期高热若方证对应效果奇佳。结论:小儿长期高热证型复杂,治法多样,可从邪实正虚论治分型。

Objective：To discuss the syndromes and treatment of children long fever. Methods：It mainly applies the decoctions in ＂Treatise on Febrile Disease＂ for the disease, and combines classical cases for summary and analysis. Results ： The theories of febrile diseases have good effect on children long fever with corresponding syndromes. Conclusion ： Children long fever has complex syndromes and various treatments ; we can treat it from the idea of excessive pathogeny and deficient essence.
