On the Treatment of Cerebral Vascular Diseases from the Damp Heat

目的:探讨湿热证在脑血管疾病中的地位及治法特点。方法:从中医古文献入手,结合临床应用总结湿热证的病因病机和治疗特点。结果:湿热证是临床常见证之一,调畅气机,温散与泄热、辛开与苦降并用,分消走泄是治疗湿热证的关键。结论:中医药在脑血管疾病诊疗中具有一定的优势。

Objective：To investigate the position and combined features of damp heat syndrome treatment of cerebral vascular disease. Methods：From the chinese ancient literature, combined with clinical application to summarize damp heat syndrome of the causes and pathogenesis, doing characteristic analysis. Results ： Damp heat syndrome is one of the most common clinical syndrome, regulating qi circulation,temperature dispersion and leakage of heat,with the acrid openning and bitter descending, distribution is the key of treatment the damp heat syndrome. Conclusion ：Traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages in the diagnosis and treatment of cerebrovascular disease.
