腰痛颗粒剂水提工艺的正交优选

Optimization of Extraction Process of Lumbago Granules in Water

目的:优选腰痛颗粒剂的最佳水提工艺。方法:采用正交实验设计,以干浸膏得率、川续断皂苷Ⅵ含量为指标进行评价,对腰痛颗粒剂水提取工艺进行了L9(34)正交实验。结果:最佳提取工艺条件是加水量为药材量的8倍、煎煮2次,每次2.5h。结论:水提取方法具有简便、科学、合理、可行的特点,有利于降低实际生产成本,缩短药剂的制备时间,可在保证腰痛颗粒剂临床疗效持续稳定的基础上进行工业生产。

Objective：To optimize the water extracting technology of lumbago granules. Methods：Using the orthogonal experimental design, the yield of dry extract, Dipsaeaceae saponin content as the index of evaluation, on the extraction of lumbago granules water process was L9 （3^4 ） orthogonal experiment. Results ： The best extraction process is the amount of water for 8 times, the weight of herbal medicine decocting for 2 times, each time 2.5 h. Conclusion： The water extraction method is simple, scientific, reasonable, feasible, can reduce production cost, shorten the time for preparation of medicament, in which basic curative effect of lumbago granules stable for industrial production.
