目的:解析丹栀逍遥散加减治疗更年期综合征的疗效。方法:结合典型案例及方证分析,探讨丹栀逍遥散加减治疗更年期综合征的疗效。结果:丹栀逍遥散临床上应用范围日趋广泛,凡属于肝经郁热证皆可使用,养血健脾、疏肝清热是其辨证治疗的核心。结论:在临证中,谨守病机,以养血健脾,疏肝清热为基础佐以宁神、敛汗之药,运用丹栀逍遥散加减治疗更年期综合征,疗效满意。

Objective ： To analyse the curative effect of danzhi xiaoyao powder treatment of climacteric.
