Modern Clinical New Use of Shentong Zhuyu Soup

目的:探讨身痛逐瘀汤的现代临床新用。方法:通过近20 a来有关身痛逐瘀汤的文献检索,对其临床新用进行概述。结果:身痛逐瘀汤可用于血栓性静脉炎、软组织损伤、恶性肿瘤骨转移疼痛、糖尿病并发症及神经炎等疾病。结论:身痛逐瘀汤现代临床新用对一些疾病的治疗有较好疗效,但也存在一些实际问题,如临床病例缺乏大样本的观察与对照,远期疗效观察少。在今后的应用中,需要开展多中心、大样本的临床研究,提高可重复性。

Objective：To investigate the modern new clinical application of shentong zhuyu soup. Methods：Searches through nearly 20 years of shentong zhuyu soup literature, the new clinical application are outlined. Resuhs：The square of thrombophlebitis, soft tissue injury, malignant tumor bone metastasis pain, complications of diabetes and other diseases in the differentiation of symptoms and signs at the same time, cooperate with other treatments can receive good effect. Conclusion： Shentong zhuyu soup of modem new clinical application also has some practical problems, such as lack of clinical cases observation and control samples, the long-term effects of less. In the future application, clinical research is needed to initiate muhicenter, large sample, to improve repeatability.
