摘要
以江苏-50拖拉机后桥箱体加工工艺中的镗孔工序为例,介绍了以一面两孔定位时,当工序基准与设计基准不重合的情况下,通过工艺孔的预留、尺寸链的建立与计算来确定工序尺寸及公差的方法,再通过设计与工序尺寸精度要求相适应的专用夹具,来解决如何间接保证工序尺寸的问题,所提出的工艺尺寸确定及其保证方法简便实用。对箱体类零件加工工艺的制定和专用夹具的设计,具有一定的指导意义。
Taking boring process of Jiangsu-50 tractor rear body as an example, methods to determine the process dimensions and tolerance through hole reservation, dimensional chain establishment and computation are introduced in case the working procedure datum and the design datum do not superpose in the situation when located by one plane and two pins. Special jig which adapts to the process dimension precision request is designed to indirectly guarantee the process dimensions. The proposed process dimensions determination and guarantee method is simple and practical. It is instructive t6 the formulation of box-body- like components processing technology and the design of special jigs.
