摘要
在反应温度 2 3 0~ 2 80℃、压力 2~ 5MPa下 ,采用V(CO2 ) /V(H2 ) =1 :3与 1 :4的原料气 ,以液态医用石蜡为惰性液相介质 ,使用C3 0 2铜基催化剂和CM 3 1改性分子筛组成复合催化剂 ,在搅拌釜反应器中研究CO2 加H2 合成二甲醚 (DME) ,得到不同反应条件下的CO2 转化率、二甲醚与甲醇的选择性。结果表明两种催化剂的配比对反应结果有影响 ,CM 3 1催化剂用量多时 ,反应转化率提高 ,二甲醚选择性提高。
Synthesis of dimethyl ether from carbon dioxide and hydrogen in a mechanical agitated autoclave has been studied by using medical paraffin as inert liquid medium over hybrid catalyst composed of C302 catalyst for methanol synthesis and CM31 catalyst for methanol dehydration in the range of temperature 230~280℃、pressure 2~5MPa with the CO_2:H_2 ratio of feed gas at 1:3 and 1:4. The CO_2 conversion and the selectivity of dimethyl ether and methanol under various conditions were determined. The results showed that the proparation of two catalysts had effect on the reaction. When increasing CM31, the CO_2 conversion and selectivity of dimethyl ether increased. [WT5”HZ]
