56例风湿性心脏病二尖瓣狭窄的超声心动图分析

Diagnostic value of echocardiography for rheumatic mitral stenosis with 56 cases

目的:探讨超声心动图对风湿性心脏病二尖瓣狭窄的诊断价值。方法:对56例经临床及实验室检查确诊为风湿性心脏病二尖瓣狭窄患者的超声心动图进行回顾性分析。结果:风湿性心脏病二尖瓣狭窄患者有典型的超声心动图改变。结论:超声心动图检查对风湿性心脏病二尖瓣狭窄具有重要的诊断价值,可作为首选方法。

Objective To evaluate the value of echocardiography for rheumatic mitral stenosis. Method Retrospectively analyzed the 56 patients with clinical and laboratory diagnosis of rheumatic mitral stenosis by echocardiography. Results The patients with rheumatic mi- tral stenosis had typical echocardiographic changes. Conclusion The echocardiography has important diagnostic value for rheumatic mitral stenosis, and it can be use as the preferred method.
