住院患者抗菌药物使用的调查

Investigation and analysis of antibiotics use on patients

目的:了解抗菌药物使用情况并进行分析,为临床安全、合理用药提供参考。方法:对出院病历,包括内科、外科、妇科、儿科各100例进行抗菌药物的使用状况回顾性调查。结果:400例患者中使用抗菌药物的有350例,使用率为87.5%。结论:医院存在不合理使用抗菌药物的现象应予以高度的重视。

Objective To investigate and analyze antibiotics service conditions in our hospital in order to provide references for secure, reasonable and clinical medication use. Method Among our hospital records from January to June in 2010, we extracted each 100 exam- pies, including internal medicine, surgery, gynecology, pediatric, to make a retrospective survey on antibiotics use conditions. Results Among 400 patients,350 of them used antibiotics, and the utilization rate was87.5%. Conclusion The unreasonable antibiotics use exists in our hospital which should be highly valued.
