济安舒能对口腔肿瘤术后创面护理的临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of Ji′anshuneng used for postoperative care in oral cancer patients

目的:在口腔肿瘤术后创面局部应用济安舒能,观察其对患者术后创面护理的临床疗效。方法:60例口腔肿瘤患者,随机分为治疗组、对照组各30例。对照组术后进行常规换药和口腔护理。治疗组从手术缝合及每次换药时,在手术创面或切口及周围皮肤黏膜使用济安舒能,直到创面愈合。观察每次换药时切口红肿、疼痛、渗出情况,及切口愈合天数、愈合等级等指标。结果:治疗组第4次换药时切口局部红肿、渗出及疼痛情况较对照组明显减轻(P<0.05),且切口平均愈合天数(8.82±1.21)d和切口甲级愈合(25/30例)明显优于对照组,平均愈合天数为(9.86±1.74)d,切口甲级愈合20/30例。结论:口腔肿瘤术后局部使用济安舒能能迅速减轻切口的红肿、渗出和疼痛程度,对促进切口愈合、改善创面外观也有一定的作用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Ji＇anshuneng as postoperative care for oral cancer patients. Method 60 cases of oral cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, and each group was 30 patients respectively. Conventional med- ication and oral care were used in the control group, while Ji＇anshuneng was used in the treatment group all along ＇after operation until wound healing. The condition of incision was assessed according to inflammation, pain and exudation in oral patients of both groups. Besides ,the number of healing days and healing grade was also evaluated. Results The inflammation, pain and exudation of treat- ment group was significantly ameliorated compared with the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. In addition, the number of healing days of treatment group was fewer than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. In contrast with control group ,the healing rate of incision was apparently increased in the treatment group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Application of Ji＇ anshuneng plays an important role in ameliorating inflammation, pain and exudation of incision after operation of oral cancer patients. Apart from these ,Ji＇anshuneng can also promote the healing of incision and re- duce scars.
