IR ABSORPTION SPECTROMETRIC DETERMINATION OF CARBON IN ALUMINUM BASE REFRACTORY MATERIAL

摘要 试验以锡粒、纯铁、钨粒为助熔剂 ,用红外吸收测定铝质耐火材料中碳。通过加入碳酸钙进行回收率试验 ,回收率在 95%~ 1 0 5%内 ,RSD在 1 %以下。在没有标样情况下 ,用合成标样或标准加入法计算样品结果与化学分析法基本一致。 It is reported in this paper that by the combined use of tin chips, pure iron and tungsten chips as additives carbon in aluminum base refractory materials can be successfully determined by the IR absorption spectrometric method. The recovery of this method was tested by the standard addition method using pure calcium carbonate as primary standard, and the results obtained are in the range 95%~105% RSD obtained are below 1%. Due to lack of standard reference sample, test for accuracy of the present method is done by using simulated samples or by the standard addition method, and the results obtained are in consistent with those obtained by the conventional combustion volumetric method.
