摘要
研究了新显色剂二溴对甲基偶氮羧 ( DBMCA)与 Fe3+的显色反应及其影响因素 ,建立了测定铁的光度法 ,其表观摩尔吸光系数为 1 .6× 1 0 4 ,Fe3+浓度在 0~ 2 5μg/2 5ml范围内符合比耳定律 ,可用于矿物岩石中铁的测定 ,操作简便 ,结果较为满意。
A method of photometric determination of microamounts of iron based on its chromogenic reaction with dibromomethyl carboxyazo (DBMCA) is reported in this paper. The molar absorptivity is found to be 1 6×10 4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 . Beer′s law is obeyed over the concentration range of 0~25μg per 25ml solution. This method has been used in the determination of iron in ore and rock samples.
