摘要
采用4个春化时间(5,10,15,20 d)和4个春化温度(0,3,6,9℃)对3份冬性有显著差异的大白菜品种进行耐抽薹性研究。结果显示,冬性强的品种在各处理下均未通过春化,冬性中间的品种在3℃下处理20 d的春化效果明显优于其他处理,而冬性弱的品种在3~6℃下处理15~20 d均能很好地完成春化,说明品种冬性越强,对完成春化所需低温和时间的要求越苛刻,最适春化条件的范围也越窄。测定各品种抽薹过程中生长点可溶性蛋白质含量和POD活性发现,其变化规律与春化完成情况有关,可将其作为判断大白菜是否通过春化的指标。
A research on the late bolting character of three cabbage varieties with significant differences in winterness in 0, 3, 6, 9 ℃ and 5, 10, 15, 20 d was conducted and the results showed that: varieties with strong winterness did not pass the vernalization in all treatments, varieties with middle winterness showed a better vernalization result in 3 ℃ and 20 d, and varieties with weak winterness showed good vernalization result in 3-6 ℃ and 15-20 d. It suggests that requirements on low temperature and time was harder and the range of appropriate vernalization was narrower when the winterness of variety was stronger. Testing the content of soluble protein at growing point in the process of bolting and activities of POD of all varieties, the results showed that its change was related with its vernalization result, so it could be used as index to judge if the cabbage has passed the vernalization.
