摘要
干旱是影响植物正常生长发育最重要的逆境因子。人们为了提高植物的抗旱性,从各种生物中鉴别和定位了几十种基因,这些基因可以分为功能蛋白基因和调节蛋白基因。综述了调控基因的种类、功能及其最新的研究进展,并对该类基因在作物耐逆改良研究中的利用价值进行了初步评价。
Drought is an important stress factor which destroys the normal growth of plant. To improve the ability for drought tolerance, many genes had been identified. These genes were divided into function genes and regulation genes. This article did a summary the types, functions and the latest research progress of regulation genes for drought tolerance.
