血清S-100β、脑电图及脑干听觉诱发电位对儿童重症手足口病的综合评价 被引量：7

摘要 目的探讨重症手足口病(HFMD)临床实用的评价指标。方法儿科住院的HFMD患儿110例,其中重症34例,对其血清S-100β蛋白变化、脑电图及脑干听觉诱发电位进行测定。结果重症HFMD患儿血清S-100β蛋白较普通HFMD明显增高;脑电图检查中异常9例(26.5%),均为非特异性改变;脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)听阈值异常者12例(35.29%),脑干功能受损者21例(61.76%)。结论结合血清S-100β测定和脑干听觉诱发电位的检查,以及脑电图动态监测,能更好地判断危重症HFMD病例。
