摘要
研究了单扫描示波极谱法直接测定锡锭中痕量镉的条件 ,在 KI- OP底液介质中 ,于峰电位 - 0 .70 V( vs.SCE)处产生一镉灵敏吸附波 ,Cd( )含量在 0 .1~ 1 μg/2 5ml范围内呈线性。测定含镉 0 .0 97μg· g- 1 的样品 ,相对标准偏差为 1 1 % ,测出下限为 0 .0 5μg· g- 1 。加标回收率为 95%~ 1 0 3%。所拟方法具有较好的选择性 ,且简便、快速、准确。
The optimum condition for the oscillopolarographic determination of Cd(Ⅱ) in tin metal was studied and reported in this paper. In a base solution of KI OP and at E P of -0.70V( vs .SCE). Linear relationship is kept in the range 0.1~1.0μg/25ml. The method has been applied to the analysis of tin metal for its cadmium content. A recovery of 95%~103% is obtained at a cadmium concentration of 0.097μg·g -1 . The detection limit is found to be 0.05μg·g -1 . The proposed method has the advantages of good selectivity, high accuracy and sensitivity, simple and rapid.
