摘要
我国高等职业教育人才培养模式制度运行机制主要包括政府管理机制、市场机制、学校自主发展机制三方面。对高职教育人才培养模式存在的主要问题进行分析,并从优化制度的角度,提出推进高等职业教育人才培养模式改革的措施。
The operating mechanism of Higher Vocational talents training mode in China includes government management mechanism, market adjustment mechanism and school mechanism. This paper analyses the existing main problems of Higher Vocational talents training mode in China, then raises reform measures of Higher Vocational talents training mode from optimizing operating mechanism perspective.
