This paper firstly points out that the typical device project teaching method concept in mechanics teaching is of great significance, then according to the different grade students with different projects, and adjusting the structure of curriculum, teaching methods and teaching means to make the corresponding reform. Finally it is pointed out that the typical device project teaching method is applied effectively.
