合成甲基叔丁基醚的分子筛催化剂研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过对HZSM 5,HZRP 1和Hβ三种类型分子筛催化剂上合成甲基叔丁基醚的活性测定和结构表征 ,初步考察了分子筛孔结构对催化活性的影响 .在此基础上 ,对适宜孔结构的分子筛进行了水热改性 ,考察了改性条件对分子筛催化剂的性质及其合成甲基叔丁基醚反应催化活性的影响 ,得到了催化活性较好的分子筛催化剂 . The activity of the zeolites including HZSM 5, Hβ and HZRP 1 was compared for synthesis of methyl tert butyl ether. All the zeolites were characterized using IR of adsorptive pyridine and BET of adsorptive nitrogen at low temperature. The effects of their structure on the catalytic activity were investigated. The activity of the zeolites, according to isobutene conversion, was as order: Hβ>HZSM 5>HZRP 1. After that, zeolite β was treated by preheating and steaming under different conditions such as preheating temperature, preheating time, steaming temperature, steaming time, section of vapor, and pH value of steam. Effects of the treatment conditions on dealumination of the zeolite, acidity and activity of the zeolite were studied. The optimum treatment conditions by steaming were 350~450 ℃ and 3 h. Lower pH value and medium section of vapor were favorable. Preheating at 550 ℃ is helpful to improve the conversion of isobutene.
