急诊腔内程序刺激并心室起搏治疗顽固性室性心动过速

摘要
室性心动过速（ventricular tachycardia，VT），简称室速，可见于心脏结构正常及器质性心脏病者，如冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病，扩张型心肌病等，也可见于电解质紊乱，使用影响心室复极药物的人群。无论何种病因，室速持续或反复发作均可使心功能恶化，出现血流动力学不稳定，甚至出现心室电风暴或蜕变为室颤，导致猝死。
