摘要
利用三相流化床进行固定化细胞降解废水中的表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠 (LAS)的动力学研究实验。在实验数据基础上 ,根据不同的动力学模型对其进行了曲线拟合和参数估值 ,获得了本实验条件下的动力学模型及其参数 ,并且结合所得的动力学参数求解固定化细胞颗粒内反应 -扩散基础方程式 ,得到了系列动力学参数与有效系数分布图。
A study is made of linear alkylbenzene sulfonate (LAS) degradation in waste water bybacteria immobilized onto particles of Sodium alginate in a three phase fluidized-bed reactor.Fitting of theexperimental data to various inhibition models results in the best fit of the Han and Levenspiel(1988)equation. A mathematical model is used to describe simultaneous diffusion and reaction processes of LAS inthe reactor and kinetic parameters are estimated by experimental data.
