摘要
液相色谱是现代生化分离的主要技术 ,填料是色谱技术的核心。本文针对应用最广泛的离子交换填料 ,全面讨论了数据库的构建过程 ,包括数据来源与选择原则、数据库的结果与数据分析整理、数据的浏览查询增删等操作 ,并介绍了可提供相关信息的文献数据库和商业数据库。本数据库收录了常见的 1 0 0余种生化分离用离子复核填料数据 ,管理系统采用MSAccess 97。
Liquid chromatography is widely used in modern bioseparation and has variety ofproducts in market. Preparative ion exchange(IEX) chromatographic media, which are different from analyticalproducts and are most frequently used in bioseparation are discussed in this paper. The construction of IEX mediadatabase, including data selection and data analysis, database design and operation are presented. Two relateddatabases, literature and commercial information databases are also introduced. There are all together 106 kinds ofproducts data collected. The database management system is MS Access 97.
