利用Excel电子表格计算不同回流比下各块塔板上的汽 液平衡组成 ,通过温度 组成图表 ,由各板上液相组成求得其泡点 ,即可快速找到不同回流比下最大泡点差所对应的理论板—灵敏板 ,避免了手工计算与编程的麻烦。当进料组成及回流比发生波动时 ,既有助于控制精馏塔的正常运转 ,又稳定了馏出液的组成。

The vapour liquid equilibrium composition on the various plates can be calculated using Excel under conditions of different reflux ratio.The corresponding temperature of the liquid at any composition can be conveniently shown on the temperature composition diagram.Without calculating in manual and programming, the corresponding maximum temperature difference under conditions of different reflux ratio shows the sensitive plate.It is not only to have the advantage of controlling of the distillation column,but also to provide constant purity of top product even though there may be some variation in feed composition and in refluxratio.
