摘要 目的探讨MMP-9 R279Q基因多态性与冠心病易感性的关系。方法检索PubMed,获取2012-01-01以前发表的MMP-9 R279Q基因多态性与冠心病易感性的病例-对照研究。以冠心病组与对照组人群基因型分布的OR值及95%CI为效应指标,在纯合子比较模型、显性模型和隐性模型中采用固定效应方法进行合并分析,并进行偏倚评估,应用STATA11.0软件进行统计学处理。结果共纳入文献5篇,在MMP-9 R279Q基因多态性位点,基因型比较模型中合并OR值为0.925(95%CI=0.847-1.009),纯合子比较模型合并OR值为0.866(95%CI=0.713-1.052),显性模型合并OR值为0.909(95%CI=0.809-1.020),隐性模型合并OR值为0.902(95%CI=0.750-1.086)。结论 MMP-9 R279Q基因多态性可能与冠心病易感性无关。 Objective To investigate the relationship between matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) gene polymor- phism and genetic susceptibility to coronary heart disease. Methods A meta-analysis on MMP-9 R279Q polymor- phism and susceptibility to coronary heart disease was performed by searching for studies included in PubMed before January 1 2012. For each study, odds ratios (ORs) and 95% confidence intervals (CIs) was calculated to assume homozygote comparison, dominant and recessive genetic models. Pooled ORs and 95% CIs was calculated and pub- lication bias was assessed. All statistical analyses were conducted by STATA 11.0 software. Results A total of 5 case-control studies were analyzed in the study. The MMP-9 R279Q QQ genotype was not associated with the risk of coronary heart disease compared with R279Q RR genotype (QQ vs RR: OR =0. 866; 95% CI =0. 713 - 1. 052). Effect estimates from a dominant model [ (QQ + RQ) vs RR:OR = 0. 909; 95% CI =0. 809 - 1. 020] or a reces- sive model [ QQ vs (RQ + RR):OR =0. 902; 95% CI = 0. 750 -1. 086 ] suggest that the MMP-9 R279Q variants are not associated with coronary heart disease risk. Conclusions MMP-9 R279Q gene polymorphism may not be as-sociated with genetic susceptibility to coronary heart disease.
