摘要 自噬是细胞在缺乏营养和能量供应时,部分胞质与细胞器被包裹并被降解为核苷酸、氨基酸及游离脂肪酸等小分子物质,再被重新利用合成大分子或者合成ATP的过程。自噬广泛参与多种疾病的发生,多种心血管疾病的病理过程伴随着心血管系统自噬活性的改变。 Autophagy was originally defined as a process of sequestration of intracellular components and their sub- sequent degradation by lysosomal vacuoles. This process is likely the main mechanism involved in the degradation of long-lived proteins and cytoplasmic organelles. Autophagy plays important roles in the development of varied dis- eases.
