摘要
本文报道了邻位和对位桥联苯丙氨酸锌双卟啉的合成 ,考查了双卟啉的分子结构对诱导圆二色性的影响。结果表明 ,两个卟啉环之间的π π堆积和手性激子偶合作用是影响此类双卟啉圆二色光谱的主要因素。
L and D phenylalanine bridged zinc bis porphyrin with the connecting chain at ortho and para position of two phenyl rings [o,o C 2 Phe C 2 (TPP) 2Zn 2 and p,p C 2 Phe C 2 (TPP) 2Zn 2] have been synthesized and characterized.o,o C 2 Phe C 2 (TPP) 2Zn 2 exhibited strong induced circular dichroism (ICD).While p,p C 2 Phe C 2 (TPP) 2Zn 2 exhibited no significant ICD.The ICD of present complexes were mainly determined by the π π interaction and chiral exciton coupling between two porphyrin moieties of the molecules.Our results also indicated that the existence of chiral center in a porphyrin molecule does not mean it would surely exhibit ICD.
