机械缠绕玻璃钢用中碱无捻粗纱的性能与应用分析

The performances and applications of medium-alkli glaas rovings for mechanical winding process of FRP

本文对机械缠绕玻璃钢用中碱无捻粗纱的物理性能、玻璃钢的强度性能以及中碱缠绕纱的实际应用状况进行了讨论与分析。结果表明:本试验生产的缠绕用中碱无捻粗纱应用效果较好,完全可以满足机械缠绕玻璃钢的工艺要求,其物理性能、玻璃钢性能可以达到用户提出的技术指标要求。

This paper gives a discussion and analysis on the physical performances of medium-alkli glass rovings for mechanical winding process of FRP, and the strength performances of their FRP products. and the practical applications of medium-alkli glass rovings, which show that the trial-produced rovings have good application results and are fit for the mechanical winding process. The physical performances of rovings and the performances of their FRP products can meet the technical indexes claimed by the clients.
