摘要
本文运用SEM、AES和XPS分析了Ni P SiO2 镀层的表面形貌及镀层组成。研究显示 :Ni P SiO2镀层表面光滑、均匀、光洁度好 ;其相对原子百分数为Ni 74 5 6%,P 1 2 3 8%,Si 2 77%,Fe 2 3 2 %,O6 65 %,镀层厚度为 6 40 μm ,镀层耐 1 0 %NaCl溶液和 1 %H2 S气体的腐蚀能力较强。
The morphology and composition of the composite coating of the Ni P SiO 2 were analyzed by using the methods of SEM,AES and XPS.The results show the composite deposite is very smooth,uniform and good appearance.The coating is approximately 6 40 μm thick and has stronger corrosion resistance.The relative atomic percent contents of the coating is Ni 74 56%,P 12 38%,Si 2 77%,O 6 65% and Fe 2 32%.
