Epidemiology of psoriasis： an update

银屑病的患病率欧洲较高约为O．75％～2．9％，亚洲较低为〈1％；中国银屑病患病率〈0．5％，大陆部分地区的最新数据为0．47％；银屑病的发病率、患病率均有逐年升高的趋势。银屑病最常见的并发症包括高血压、糖尿病、脂代谢异常、代谢综合征、心脏病，年轻患者及病情严重者更易产生并发症、死亡率较高，但并发代谢综合征的风险则与病情严重性无关。与普通高血压患者相比，银屑病高血压者更容易患难治性高血压，男性患者并发代谢综合征的风险明显高于女性患者，女性患者并发糖尿病的风险则明显高于男性患者。

The prevalence rate of psoriasis is higher in Europe （0.75%-2.9%） but lower in Asia （〈1%）. In China, the prevalence rate of psoriasis has been reported to be lower than 0.5%. The latest data have shown that the prevalence rate of psoriasis is 0.47% in some areas of China's Mainland. The prevalence and incidence of psoriasis have been increasing year by year. The most common comorbidities of psoriasis are hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, metabolic syndrome （MS） and heart diseases. Young psoriatic patients and patients with severe psoriasis are more likely to suffer from these comorbidities with an increased risk of mortality. However, there is no correlation between the severity of psoriasis and the risk of metabolic syndrome. Hypertension in psoriatic patients are more likely to be refractory than that in non-psoriatic patients. Compared with female psoriatic patients, male psoriatic patients exhibit a higher risk of metabolic syndrome but a lower risk of diabetes.
