工艺参数对AZ31镁合金板拉深成形性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 将正交试验和有限元模拟相结合,研究了工艺参数对AZ31镁合金板拉深成形性能的影响,并对其工艺参数进行了优化。结果表明:压边力大小对镁合金杯形件最大壁厚减薄率的影响最大,其次是凸模运动速度、凸凹模间隙、凸模及压边圈与板间摩擦因数、凹模与板间摩擦因数;最大壁厚减薄率随着压边力的增大而增大,随凸凹模间隙的增大呈先减小后增大的趋势,随板料与凸、凹模间摩擦因数的增加呈先增大后减小的趋势,随凸模运动速度的增加而增大;将有限元优化的成形工艺参数应用到AZ31镁合金板的拉深成形中,得到了无破裂和无起皱的杯形件,验证了有限元模拟的正确性。 Effects of process parameters on deep drawing performance of AZ31 magnesium alloy sheet were studied by combining orthogonal experiment and finite element simulation, and the process parameters were optimized. The results show that blank-holder force had the greatest influence on maximum thinning ratio of magnesium alloy cup-shaped pieces, and the following was punch rate, punch and die clearance, friction coefficient between punch and sheet, friction coefficient between die and sheet. The maximum thinning ratio increased with the increase of blank-holder force and punch rate, and showing a trend of first increase and then decrease with the increase of punch and die clearance and friction coefficient between sheet and die and plate. The optimized forming process parameters were applied to deep drawing process of AZ31 magnesium alloy sheet and qualified stamping was obtained, which verified the accuracy of finite element simulatiorx
