摘要 CXC亚族趋化因子受体3(CXCR3)在活化的T淋巴细胞上高度表达,属Th1细胞趋化因子受体,其配体与T淋巴细胞的活化和迁移关系密切并高选择性作用于CXCR3。该趋化因子组合在感染、自身免疫性疾病、肿瘤的血管生成及转移浸润、移植免疫中扮演十分重要的角色。本文就CXCR3及其相关配体近年来的研究作一综述。 CXCR3, a member of the receptor family of typel T helper lymphocyte （Thl）, mostly expresses on activated T cells. Ligands of CXCR3 are closely correlated with activation and migration of T cells. A large number of researches show that CXCR3 and its ligands play important roles in viral infection, autoimmune disease, transplant immunity, angiogenesis, metastasis, and infiltrate of cancers. In this review, we are going to summarize the researches on the CXCR3 and its ligands in recent years.
