明胶海绵微粒经肝动脉栓塞化疗联合索拉非尼治疗肝癌切除术后复发一例 被引量：6

摘要 患者男，47岁，乙型肝炎病史20余年，2009年9月28日因活动后突发右腹部剧痛，于大连医科大学附属第一医院行肝脏增强CT检查示肝癌破裂出血，遂行肝癌切除术，术后病检证实为肝细胞癌，术后未行其他治疗。2010年4月增强CT显示肝右前下段肿瘤局部复发，患者ECOGPS评分1分，Child—Pugh评分7分，
