摘要
采用自制的倾斜板冷却剪切装置制备ZL104半固态浆料,研究了倾斜板倾角对半固态ZL104合金组织细化及圆整程度的影响。结果表明,倾斜板倾角对ZL104合金组织内部剪切作用及物理冶金作用具有显著的影响。倾斜板倾角在30°~45°区间内能够得到晶粒球化、细化效果较好的合金组织。45°倾角得到的ZL104组织绝大部分晶粒等效直径小于43μm,40%以上的晶粒形状因子在0.75以上,具有较好的晶粒细小度及圆整度。
An experimental equipment with inclined plate cooling and shearing has been developed to prepare semi-solid ZL104 alloy slurry. The effects of inclined plate angle on microstructure refinement and spheroidization in semi-solid ZL104 alloy were investigated. The results show that the inclined plate angle has remarkable effect on physical metallurgy and shear action of ZL104 alloy. Fine spherical grain in the semi-solid ZLI04 alloy slurry can be obtained in range of 30°~ 45°, and the major grain equivalent diameters are less than 43 um and more than 40 % of the grain shape factor is in 0.75 above at 45°, exhibiting better grain fine degree and roundness.
