摘要
开发了刚玉-尖晶石质预制坩埚。试用效果表明,在150kg中频炉中熔炼304不锈钢时,刚玉-尖晶石质预制坩埚平均使用炉次达150炉左右,不仅替代了目前感应炉炉衬人工捣打的复杂工序,更对钢液的纯净度有显著提升。同时,对坩埚的使用方法和常见问题的预防与解决办法做了较为详细的阐述。
Corundum-spinel crucible was aevelopeu, Practical use results show that service life of corundum-spinel crucible can reach 150 cycles with smelting 304 stainless steel in 150 kg main frequency furnace. The crucible can not only be free the man-made brasque but also improve significantly the purity of the liquid steel. Meanwhile, the use and problems of the corundum-spinel crucible were described, and the countermeasures were presented.
