摘要
选用滑石粉和硅藻土作为耐火骨料,钠基膨润土和CMC为复合悬浮剂,硅溶胶和PAM为复合粘结剂。根据涂料的强度、透气性、涂挂性、悬浮性、密度、附着量、滴淌性确定滑石粉和硅藻土的比例。通过测试涂料的强度、悬浮性和粘度,确定钠基膨润土、CMC、硅溶胶和PAM的加入量。获得涂料的最佳配比,制备出涂料并进行浇注试验,证明涂料可用。
Talcum powder and diatomite as refractory aggregate and sodium bentonite ana CMC as composite suspension agent as well as sol silicate and PAM as composite binder were selected, and the proportion of talcum powder and diatomite was determined based on coating strength, permeability, brushability, suspension property, density, adhesive quantity and dripping properties. Proportion of sodium bentonite, CMC sol silicate and PAM was presented through testing strength, suspension property and viscosity of the coating. Based on the optimized proportion, the coating was developed. Through pouring experiment, the coating exhibits feasible.
