基质金属蛋白酶在脊髓损伤中的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury,SCI)是指由于外界直接或间接因素导致脊髓损伤,在损害的相应节段出现各种运动、感觉和括约肌功能障碍、肌张力异常及病理反射等相应改变。脊髓损伤后的病理变化分为原发性和继发性。原发性损伤主要指机械性外力对脊髓组织造成的瞬间创伤,包括撞击、锐器伤等,导致脊髓的断裂、挫伤、
