抑癌基因PTEN和Kai1在胰腺癌组织中的表达与不同病理因素的关系

摘要 目的:探讨PTEN以及Kail基因在胰腺癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理因素的关系。方法:免疫组化检测正常胰腺组织和胰腺癌组织中PTEN以及Kail的表达,并比较两指标在各因素分组间的差异。结果:正常胰腺组织中的PTEN阳性表达率高于胰腺癌组织及Kail阳性表达率低于胰腺癌组织(均P<0.05);临床分期、组织学分级和有无淋巴转移均影响PTEN以及Kail的表达;两基因的分组间差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:PTEN及Kail在胰腺癌中的阳性表达与胰腺癌的发展有密切关系。
