摘要
教育科学研究是对教育活动规律的探索,其水平和竞争力是反映区域教育学科和教育事业发展的重要标志之一,在很大程度上决定着教育事业发展的未来与优势保持。本文通过对"十五"以来全国教育科学规划立项课题"承担单位"的区域分布统计分析,从四大经济区域、31个省级行政区域层面分析了区域教育科学研究的竞争力格局与态势。结果表明,我国区域教育科学研究竞争力明显失衡,需要从思想认识、能力培养、政策倾斜和加强协同等方面来着力推进区域教育科学研究竞争力的协调发展和共同提高。
The pattern and trend of the educational research competitiveness of regional institutions ware discussed according to the statistical analysis of the regional distribution of the organizations from four major economic regions and 31 provincial-level administrative which carried out National Education Science Planning projects since 2001. The result shows that the regional competitiveness of education research is obviously unbalanced. Measures should be taken to promote the coordinated development of regional education organization＇s competitiveness of education research.
