Property Rights Reform of Vocational Education Group and Realization Form

职业教育集团化办学已步入由注重规模发展向注重质量提升的新阶段,但利益链不完善使职教集团的深入发展遭遇瓶颈。鉴于产权改革是完善集团化办学利益链的突破口,本文构建了职业教育集团产权改革的目标模式,并探讨了具有可行性与可操作性的实现形式。

Vocational education groups have entered a new stage of transition from focusing on the scale to quality. However, bottlenecks were appeared in the in-depth development of the vocational education group because of imperfect interests chain. This paper argues that property rights reform will be the breakthrough, This paper constructs target model of the property rights reform with feasible and operational realization form.
