桐油基DCPD不饱和树脂的热性能和力学性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用桐油与双环戊二烯不饱和聚酯(DCPD-UPR)主链上不饱和双键的Diels-Alder(D-A)反应合成了不同桐油含量的桐油基DCPD-UPR。利用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、差热扫描量热仪(DSC)及热重分析仪(TG)对产物的分子量、分子量分布及热性能进行了表征。研究了桐油含量对桐油基DCPD-UPR浇注体力学性能的影响,并利用扫描电镜(SEM)对其冲击断面形貌进行了分析。结果表明,较未改性的DCPD-UPR,桐油基DCPD-UPR的分子量增大、分子量分布变宽,耐热性和柔韧性更好;桐油基DCPD-UPR浇注体的断裂延伸率及冲击强度随桐油含量的增加逐渐增大,当桐油含量为10%时,桐油基DCPD-UPR综合性能最佳。 Tung oil based dicyclopentadiene unsaturated polyester resins(DCPD-UPR)with different tung oil content were synthesized by the Diels-Alder reaction between tung oil and the double bond of DCPD-UPtC Gel permeation chroma- tography(GPC) ,differential scanning ealorimeter(DSC)and thermogravimetric(TG)analysis were used to measure the mo- lecular weight, molecular weight distribution and thermal properties of the product. Meanwhile, the effect of tung oil content (0 ~, 5 ~, 10 ~, 15 % and 20 % by weight of the UPR)on the mechanical properties of tung oil-based DCPD-UPR was ex- amined, and the impact fracture surface of them were observed by scanning electronic microscope (SEM). Compared with unmodified DCPD-UPR, the corporation of tung oil into DCPI^UPR was found to improve the molecular weight, molecular weight distribution, heat resistance and flexibility. The elongation at break and impact strength of the tung oil based DCPD- UPR were enhanced as the amount of tong oil was increasing, and the tung oil based DCPD-UPR with 10% tung oii exhibited the best comprehensive performance.
