摘要
目的 比较人类牙龈成纤维细胞 (HGF)与牙周韧带细胞 (PDL C)在两种玻璃离子水门汀 (GIC)上的附着及增殖情况。 方法 利用体外细胞培养技术及 3H - Td R掺入法检测 HGF及 PDL C在两种 GIC上的附着及DNA合成。 结果 HGF与 PDL C在培养板上的附着及 DNA合成差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,但 HGF在 GIC上的附着及 DNA合成明显强于 PDL C(P<0 .0 5 )。 结论 Ketac Fil和 Fuji 可能是临床修复龈下根面缺损的较好材料 ,但在相同条件下 ,HGF较 PDL C可能有更强的生长能力。
Objective\ To compare the attachment and proliferation of human gingival fibroblast(HGF) and periodontal ligament cell(PDLC) cultured on two kinds of glass-ionomer cement(GIC,Ketac Fil and Fuji Ⅱ).\ Methods\ PDLC and HGF were cultured on GIC and their attachment activity and DNA synthesis were determined by measuring \+3H-TdR radioactivity.\ Results\ No significant difference were observed between attachment levels and DNA synthesis for PDLC and HGF cultured on culture wells.\ But levels of attachment and DNA synthesis for HGF cultured on Ketac Fil and Fuji Ⅱ were significantly higher than those for PDLC cultured on Ketac Fil and Fuji Ⅱ.\ Conclusion\ Ketac Fil and Fuji Ⅱ may be acceptable subgibgival root surface restorative materials.\ But HGF cultured on Ketac Fil and Fuji Ⅱ may growth more easily.\;
