摘要
目的 分离一磺酸基酞菁锌 (Zn Pc S)和四磺酸基酞菁锌 (Zn Pc S4) ,并研究这两种配合物在水溶液中伏安行为。 方法 采用高效液相色谱分离纯化 Zn Pc S和 Zn Pc S4,应用三电极系统测定其在水溶液中伏安曲线 ,测定 Zn Pc S和 Zn Pc S4在不同 p H值下和红光照射下的循环伏安曲线。 结果 在水溶液中 (p H 7.0 ) ,这两种配合物均呈现二个不可逆的单电子还原电流峰 ,峰 的峰电位 (Ep)是 + 0 .18V,峰 的峰位置 (Ep) - 0 .38V。 Zn Pc S的两个峰电流值大小与溶液 p H值有关 ,且红光 (6 0 0~ 70 0 nm )照射 ,其还原峰的数目和峰位置基本不变 ,但峰电流增大。 结论 Zn Pc S和 Zn Pc S4电还原过程发生在酞菁环上 ,Zn Pc S水溶液中存在单体和二聚体平衡。
Objective\ To separate mono- and tetrasulfonated zinc phthalocyanine(ZnPcS and \{ZnPcS\-4\}),and study the voltage-current characteristics of these two compounds in aqueous solution.\ Methods\ Purification and separation of ZnPcS and ZnPcS\-4 was performed by using high performance \{liquid\} chromatography.\ Their voltammograms in aqueous solution were determined by three-electrode system.\ And cyclic voltammograms of ZnPcS and ZnPcS\-4 were measured with various pH values and in the illumination of red light.\ Results\ In aqueous solution(pH 7 0),these two compounds show two irreversible one-electron reduction current peaks.\ The first peak potential Ep is +0 18 V,and the second peak potential is -0 38 V.\ And two peak currents of ZnPcS depended on pH value of the solution.\ The number of reducing peaks and their position remain unchanged in the illumination of red light,but peak current increases.\ Conclusion\ The electroreduction process of ZnPcS and ZnPcS\-4 takes place on the phthalocyanine ring.\ Monomer and dimer keep in balance in the aqueous solution of ZnPcS.\;
